The rules governing your use of Digital Zone services and platforms.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Digital Zone platform, application, or service ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digital Zone FZ LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice.

Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that:• You are of legal age to form a binding contract.• Your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.• You have not been previously suspended or removed from our platform.Certain services (including financial transactions and identity-verified features) require users to be 18 years or older and to complete our KYC process.

Account Registration & Security
To access most features, you must register an account. You agree to:• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.• Maintain the security of your credentials and not share them with third parties.• Notify us immediately at security@digitalzone.iq if you suspect unauthorized access.• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Permitted Use
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:• Use the Services to facilitate illegal transactions, money laundering, or financing of unlawful activities.• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the platform.• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers without express written permission.• Circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.• Impersonate any person, entity, or Digital Zone employee.• Upload content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Vouchers, Tickets & Digital Products
All digital products sold through Digital Zone are subject to the following conditions:• No refunds unless the product is technically defective or not delivered as described.• Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the registered account holder unless otherwise stated.• Expiry dates and usage restrictions set by the issuing merchant are binding.• Digital Zone is not responsible for merchant-imposed restrictions on third-party vouchers.• We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders and reverse associated transactions.

Payments & Billing
All prices are displayed in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) or USD where specified. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.We use PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processors. We do not store raw payment card data. By initiating a transaction, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.Disputed charges must be raised within 60 days of the transaction date through our support portal.

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Digital Zone Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are owned by Digital Zone or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, or create derivative works.

Third-Party Services & Links
Our platform integrates with third-party services (payment gateways, eSIM providers, event ticketing platforms). Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Digital Zone is not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties.Links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, applicable law, or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business.Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. Sections concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Baghdad, Iraq.
